The school started its operation on June 1999, offering diploma courses (DCS & DCET).
The library was located on the ground floor which is now the stock room and had a collection of around 200 volumes and manned by Mrs. Rebecca Abas.In June 2001, it was transferred to a bigger room at the second floor before room 302 and now HRS kitchen, Mrs. Eva Marie Lancinwas the library-in-charge. By the next school year, when the school started operating as college, CHED required a licensed librarian to manage the library. It was then Mrs. Lorena C. Badiola was hired.
Every semester books and other library materials kept coming in and acquired by the librarian. With this, one room could no longer accommodate more shelves for the books, plus the increase of enrollees for the newly offered courses (BSCS & BSCoE). That is why on June 2003 the library was reconstructed the rooms, & extended the library. On April 2007 the library was transferred at the 3rd floor of the annex building. It was manned by Ms. Jumalyn C. Macaumbos.
It was July 2015 when a new librarian was hired by the person of Mrs. Lorelie T. Manns. April 2017, the library was relocated on the first floor of the Annex Building. Currently the total number of library collections is 3,706 volumes. On September 2018, a new librarian was hired, Ms. Jeachelle Quiday. From October 2021, Ms. Elenita P. Plando was hired as the new librarian up to present. Currently the total number of library collections is 4,376 volumes. The library is continuously acquiring materials as part of their collection development plan.
